This encourages the desire to hold, caress and even kiss in the manner one would wish to kiss a little girl (which we are mostly dealing with) or a doll

In comportment. The girl is to stand up straight, speak in a ladylike way, say "please" and "thank you", refrain from using "smart talk' contractions or any unflattering speech or behavior which bespeaks "casual"ness about herself.

She is to move gracefully, not in a jerky manner

This annoys the wayward leaning girl, she likes to speak in the manner of the lower classes. Being held and kissed as a doll in a ladylike manner is not the kind of holding and kissing she wants since, it is usually done by ladies themselves and she wishes to choose who will cuddle and caress her. Also the way she wishes to hold her body and emphasize parts of it does not go with a ladylike pose.

The way we wish our girls to look makes it clear that someone else is caring for them. The wayward girl wishes to convey being able to take care of herself and is thus ready to choose how she is to be treated and by whom and that ladylikeness is the last thing on her mind.

This is not to say that she ought not grow up to be one who will take care of herself. what we are discussiong here is discussed in the context of being still too young and inexperienced to make the right decisions. In the end, she trades making bad decisions at the age of 15 for waiting until she umderstands more about herself and her needs as a young lady and making good decisions at the age of 25 that are well-founded on her real needs.
