We make our girls dress in a certain manner. By "Dress" I menas clothes and accessories. This is meant to complement the other aspects of appearance like hair.

In the matter of hair. we prefer things in ascending order bows, alice bands and tiaras. They are all uniquely feminine, but the tiara is three-dimensional and completes the profile

As to shoes, something feminine and girlish, Mary Janes, T-stars or any glossy shoe

In dress we stress cutenenss and also submissiveness to the grownup ladies. As such we demand full skirts that are above the knee. We demand that the girls wear either a dress, a skirt and blouse or a "jumper" and blouse or a short baby doll dress

For colors, we use pastesl, pastel prints or light colors or white. We favor the new idea of pink as it is a warm and inviting color. With regards to frills and ruffles, only so much and no more. That so much is to be below the amount where the profile is marred.

By the feminine profile I mena wide at the bottom or hem and tapering to the point of a tiara being the best. We do accept some veriant thereof.

For the outer garment we prefer the cloak as it covers without crushing the skirt

as to the length of the skirt. That is to vary with age, for the very young we allow half-way to the knee, At 4 is permitted two-thirds to the knee. At age 8 is permitted three-quarters to the knee. At age12 we allow 2" above the knee and At 16, just above the knee. Only grownups are allowed to wear skirts at or below the knee. Also, all sleeves are to be short.

The purpose of this is clear. The short, full-circle skirt is more easily lifted and the short sleeves expose the arms. This is to elicit submission by makintg the girl know that we can and may get at any part of her body we wish, when we wish and for whatever offense she has committed. As a bulwark against waywardness, this cuts against being proud. Who can be proud if another has her skirt up and has the right to do this? Also the allowance of progressively longer skirts means that being made to wear shorter ones as a means of chastizement means that one is forfeiting the status that goes with her age. The shortest skirts being relegated to "bay" whose skirts must be shortest for the practical reasons of changing their diapers and the chastized girl may be made to wear and expected to wet her diapers.

There is also another reason. We train to chastity. It takes more awareness and effort to keep modest in shorter skirts, so this condition makes the girl more attentive to keeping her skirts down.

Thus is Dress used to counter waywardness in a feminine way.
