Not long ago, I discovered that they were making the kinds of panties that are to be put over babies' diapers of a new material. Prior to this they used wool, if anything at all. This new material comes in basically two kinds, elastic and non-stretch. Both kinds are very smooth. In fact , the main characteristic that recommends them is that they are proof against water. This material has been around for awhile but it is now inexpensive and commonly available to the point that it is used for aprons, shower curtains and anythig where you might wish for something to stop water or wetness. It is called rubber.

To the touch it is very smooth and sometimes has a patina or gloss. As such it is very feminine. It can be gotten in colors, sheets or already made itmes.

Being the Housemother of a girls' home I could see immediate advantages to this material. For a material of its nature, soft and smooth, it is inexpensive, it is sturdier than other very feminie materials, it is easy to care for; it wipes clean, dries quickly and resists dirt and stains from common things though it does break down if exposed to oils and greases. When you have many girls to look after a material like this is almost a necessity.

However, I noticed this first as a kind of panty and thought that this would be a good idea, Since such panties sell for a few cents they would be readily affordable in large numbers, Since they are big enough to be worn over diaper by children as old as four, they could be worn without them by girls as old as nine. Consequently I bought a few pair and decided to try them on my three nieces; Diamantine; 11, Alice, 9 and Christina-Marie,6.

The results were disappointing. It did not take long for the girls to complain about them getting sticky. I ought have known this as the material is waterprool. I then suggested to them to put a layer of powder on the inside of the panties.

This ended that problem, however, the girls complained bitterly that the material rubbed on them, causing unpleasantly strong and distracting feelings. particularly between their legs. To see for myself, I took some of this material and made a kind of diaper and put it umder my underthings after putting a layer of powder and found it produced a feeling that could only bed described as a kind of dry sliminess, which, while inviting to the hand, is unbearable and almost feels like being raped. Mostly it made me think of something that Aunt Charlotte did to me when I was about 5 and was too ashamed to tell people about and too frightened that if I did she would do it to me again and make me have the feelings all the time.

The girls, mostly Christina-Marie and least of all Diamantine, who prefers to be called "Diana" and only lets me call her "Diamantine" becuase I am her favorite Aunt, she my favorite niece and I had raised her from a toddler, developed such a strong antipathy to this rubber that I got an idea. perhaps it could be used as a chastizement material and to control the signs of waywardness. One day after a particular nasty occasion with her, I put the panties on Christina and rubbed her in such a way that the material moved along her "chastity area". This was so much worse than just having them on her that it was in a different class. In but a very few minutes, it cause her body to jump and wriggle violently and she wet herself, all the time screaming pathetically. After that she went limp and almost comatose and refused to respond to me. except under the threat that if she did not, there would be more of this. However, we were never the same. Christina became very annoying to me and I found that I enjoyed doing this to her to the point that even the sound of her name brought up pleasant feelings about doing this to her. Diamantine, hoever, enjoyed using the material and feeling it with her hands so it developed that to calm an annoying Christina or Alice down all I had to say was "If you do not stop this, I shall let Diamantine put rubber panties on you and make you have feelings". One time, I had found panites of this material that would fit Diamantine and came the time as with all little girls, that she got bothersome, she got a taste of what Christina had learned. One of the results of that was that being called "Diamantine" made her relive that feeling so I started calling her "Diana" when she was well-behaved and she still liked me.

This, despite the failure of my orginal plans, was to the good. Part of the bulwarks against waywardness is strong chastizement. Now for little girls, this is a problem. It is improper to spank or hit them as it coarsens them. on the other hand, to be really effective, chastizement must be felt on the body. For the longest time, there had been no ladylike way to give a girl unpleasant feelings on her body and we have had to resort with things like binding or confinement or verbal humiliation. Rubber answered all three of the needs of discouraging waywardness. It feels horrnendous on the body, so it disciplines, it can be used in a way that culminates in things that I do not even have words for but they are extremely unpleasant, so it chastizes and its association with babies and wetting is so strong that it humiliates. It turned out to be such an ideal thing that I use it at the girla' home both for accessories and chastizemetn articles. The older girls, who have leanred their lessons and seldom, if ever, need to be chastized love the new material. It is smoother than satin to the touch and easily cared for while the younger ones, who have felt its touch in a most personal way, are very diffident. Most effectively, I can threaten to allow an older gril to chastize a younger one

it soon came to be that we learned to use rubber in many ways, as aprons and rainclothes that the older girls loved to feel and you will often see two girls in rain capes caressing each other. We also developed ways to make the material more useful in chastizement. For example, we have a rubber diaper liner that is put under the chastizement diaper and is made in such a way that the girl can wet and have it get into the baby diaper. This way, we can use babification on her and rub her if need be. An excellent by-product of this is that the thick diapering presses the rubber under it deep between the girl's legs to supply a constant caress right on what we call her "bridal flower" or "flower" for short.
